I have paralysis and I have really bad spasms where my whole body will seize up, and a lot has to do with my nerves.

Besides what you just stated, Adrenaline and I no longer get along. That probably makes me tremor the worst. Stress as well. Seems sometimes like everything makes me shake LoL

Hello, thank you for sharing your triggers. Many are the same such as exhaustion, startle response, and cold. Exertion chews up my Levadopa so the tremors will come back sooner. Lastly, feeling nervous or anxious will trigger them.

Stress. And having to concentrate on using anything with keypads and small work spaces when it’s necessary to use my hands. Typing on electronics.

Hey there! First time I’ve seen a post from you and I really feel connected as you are triggers are also my triggers. I never realized how quickly I had intense tremors after having a simple disagreement with a family member or friend. Even if we weren’t raising voices, and everything was Very low-key, the adversity still made my tremors go off the chart for hours. I had a very adversarial job and I just could not do it any longer and part of that was the interaction with others that was negative and made my condition worse. Probably the worst, however, is fatigue! OMG. And, when am I not fatigued? Hardly ever!

Dehydration, tired, fatigued, overstimulated, cold, mass transit, being anxious, having to interact with multiple people these things that bother me and set my tremors off. Oh yes, and stay away from the latest mission impossible movie.😊

My hubby has the same, whether it's mental or physical exertion, it can trigger more off time. He has to be cognizant and adjust his meds accordingly.

Watching an action or emotional movie sets me off. Anticipation of someone's reaction to something I want to say or show. Holding something in both hands, eating while holding a plate. Yes, also when startled.
