Omg chills 😭 that moment must’ve been so powerful. I remember when my body felt completely disconnected from its strength—tired, bloated, always in pain. Then someone in a women’s chat mentioned eat like a woman protocol (by Loren Green). I followed it and finally felt in tune with my body again. Women’s bodies are magic.

As someone who’s done both c section is way better 😂bbg was out in less than 10 mins as per having a natural birth was in labor for 15 hours
