REVERSE INCLINE WALKS 🙂↔️🤌🏿 As someone who’s had three knee surgeries, I know all too well what knee pain and discomfort feel like. Since adding reverse incline walks to my leg day warm-ups, my training has improved significantly, and my knees feel better than ever (at least since my surgeries lol). Here are just a few benefits of this warm-up: • Strengthens the quadriceps and improves hamstring flexibility • Enhances knee joint stability • Increases knee and ankle range of motion • Improves balance and overall mobility • Sharpens proprioception and body awareness by challenging your brain After incorporating this exercise, I noticed a noticeable reduction in knee pain and felt more confident during my workouts.
