half the supers and porters arent even capable of taking out the garbage they all think their plumbers when it comes to gas with their $50 gas leak detector telling tennants not to call Con Ed if they smell gas call them instead where they leave pipes leaking in the wall because they think its the appliance or flex thats leaking when its not.

This is a good thing, there are too many opportunities for error with gas lines, gas leaks are incredibly dangerous in such densely populated areas
