Well you’ll have to test them out for yourself but I sure think I did the dang thing 👇🏼 Recipe: 🤎 1 Large ripe banana | Mash it 🤎 1 Cup Pure pumpkin puree 🤎 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt 🤎 2 eggs 🤎 1-2 tbsp Extract or sugar free syrup of choice 🤎 1/2 cup Oats | grind for finer consistency if preferred 🤎 4 scoops Protein powder of choice | I’m using @questnutrition Cinnamon Crunch | 🤎 1 tbsp ground cinnamon 🤎 1 tsp Baking soda 🤎 3 tbsp Lilly’s Sugar free Chocolate chips ✨Mix and pour into 10 muffin cups | 1/2 cup of batter in each ✨Bake at 350° for 15 mins, turn off oven & leave the muffins in the oven to finish baking for additional 15 mins Be sure to let me know if you try them 🫶🏻 #fitlife #fitcouple #pumpkinmuffins #highproteinrecipes #fitgirl
