How do you put them down for naps solo? I have 6mo twins and I usually have help so they’re used to being rocked and put down asleep. But by myself Once I put them down drowsy they instantly try to roll over and play and cry. I can’t soothe/rock both at the same time I have so much anxiety about doing this alone 4x a day
