XRP has Bitcoin 2014 potential right now, and the CEO of BlackRock explains why Tokenization sounds like jargon. On the XRP Ledger it is already running with real billions. Stripped down, it means stocks, bonds, funds and other assets get moved onto a blockchain, where they can be transferred and traded around the clock in seconds. Larry Fink, who runs the world's largest asset manager at 15.3 trillion dollars, calls it the next major disruption in finance, on the scale of ETFs back in the day. Standard Chartered projects up to 30 trillion dollars in tokenized assets by 2034, while the market today sits near 36 billion, so this is the very beginning. This is where the XRP Ledger enters, and not as a concept. The chain already holds around 1.38 billion dollars in tokenized value, including the RLUSD stablecoin at 846 million, tokenized US Treasuries from Ondo at 213 million, VERT Capital at 116 million, Archax at 55 million and Société Générale at 12 million. In May 2026, JPMorgan, Mastercard, Ripple and Ondo completed the first cross-border, cross-bank redemption of a tokenized Treasury fund on the XRPL, settling in under five seconds instead of the usual one to three business days. On the technical side the chain delivers what institutions ask for: Multi-Purpose Tokens built for funds and bonds, compliance baked into the protocol, and since August with version 3.3.0 confidential transfers, where amounts stay encrypted while accounts remain auditable. If just 1 percent of the future RWA market settled over the ledger, that would be roughly 3 trillion dollars in annual volume.
