Gut cleanse hun. My partner had it so bad on his scalp. He done celery juicing and within a month or so it started to go. It’s gone now and been a few years and not come back 🤞🏻🤞🏻 xx

I totally get you. Psoriasis made me hate looking in the mirror 🥺 and every lotion or “miracle cure” just wasted money. Then in a women’s forum about hormones and digestion, people were raving about eat like a woman protocol by loren green. I got curious, read it, and everything shifted—my skin cleared, digestion smoothed out, 32 lbs gone. It honestly feels like secret knowledge no one’s sharing.

I understand how u feel. I’ve had it since I was 10 I am now 30. It is the most uncomfortable and miserable skin condition ever. N people who don’t have it don’t understand it so they like to judge and make fun it you for it.

I feel this so much I’ve had this since I was 12 I’m now 19 and the embarrassment and shame that comes with it is devastating always feeling disgusting and dirty not being able to wear clothes you love mines all over my knees and arms and stomach now it’s started coming on my forehead a bit too but not too much xx
