The patient is definitely Anemic, IDA, but with these values for just the RBC differentials it could be acute blood loss from trauma, malnutrition wouldn’t cause such lower levels but it’s also possible, hemolytic diseases is culpable and perhaps infections which would be referred from the Leukocyte (WBC) differentials in the next video. Let’s not rule out other autoimmune disorders like bone marrow diseases - Aplastic anemia and low erythropoietin production from kidney failure too.
