Now THATS a Pilot!! He is responsible for EVERY passenger and he made sure she was going to get that help NO MATTER WHAT!! That was a MEDICAL emergency and he landed fine!! WELL DONE!!

I don't care if there are "procedures" but "Emergency" supersedes "procedures". If the airport didn't have procedures already planned for emergencies, then they are at fault. Not the pilot.
