The *only* thing is, in the (unlikely and unfortunate) chance you breakup, he would have avenues to claim the work/contribution he put towards the house would give him some ownership entitlement. Horrible to think about but look into something called a 'no-nup' which is a cohabitation agreement for unmarried couples which protects both parties 🥰
