I hate how people invalidate you if you stutter or stumble over your words. Like, of course? I'm in fight or flight mode and I don't know why or what I've dont to deserve it, I want to defend myself because honestly wtf, but I also don't want to make it worse so I'm fighting to figure out the exact right thing to say to diffuse the situation, all while feeling guilty and wondering if I'm the one in the wrong, and angry because I know deep down that I'm not. I don't know anyone who wouldn't struggle to communicate clearly in that situation when literally everything you say has to be defended down to the tiniest detail.

Mind “games” that are so twisted sand dangerous they can destroy a person’s sanity. So scary to have to interact with a controller like in this skit. Video is so well done. The fear and terror in the victim contrasts with the rage of the controller.
