For the k18 it won’t work after you condition the hair your supposed to wash than use k18 wait 4 minutes and than u can condition if you want or just start styling

Redken and k18 is better than olaplex imo. Also don’t over do protien it can make things worse. Try a ripe avocado and 1 egg. All natural mask that works wonders and consistency is key!

It’s the cuticle not the follicle. The follicle is the hair organ. The cuticle will open and close with hot and cold water. The follicle is responsible for the production of growth. The cuticle is the outer shaft that shows the frizz, dryness etc. The hair mask you are using is great!
