70% isopropyl alcohol. I haven't used deodorant in over 2 years. I put it on in the morning and by the end of the day I still don't stink. I'm a mailman on a walking route in Texas.

What if the antiperspirant/deodorant make my armpits itch? I can use them once, but never two days in a row. I usually can only use them once maybe twice a week. I’ve tried all the hypoallergenic and natural ones with pretty much the same result.
