@philsmypharmacist: Feeling like you’re popping ibuprofen like candy? It may be time to make the switch to Black Seed Oil! #philsmypharmacist #tiktokshopblackfriday #tiktokshopcreatorpicks #tiktokshopcybermonday
I absolutely Love you Phil and I listen to everything you say, but damn sir, I’m going broke trying to keep up with all of the health supplements you are suggesting. I am trying to get off my pain meds and over the counter meds by going homeopathic and going to supplements. It is starting to get crazy though and I look like I own a supplement pharmacy in my kitchen. 😂😂😂 No Phil, I’m not kidding! 😩🥵

Holly Warner | Hormone Hacker :
I agree, avoid the Ibuprofen, but there’s no human evidence that black seed oil or thymoquinone reliably “blocks” NF-κB. Most of the NF-κB suppression data come from cell and animal models (e.g. TQ in vitro assays) In human trials, black seed supplementation (e.g. ~ 2 g/day) has shown mild reductions in inflammatory markers like IL-6 or CRP. But that is not the same as directly blocking NF-κB in tissues. The dose required to mimic those lab effects would far exceed practical or safe human intake.
