1. do a Teaching T Level 2. apply for primary school deegree apprenticeship (no loans, u get paid)

the only issue with this is that you’re unemployed for 3 years meaning no stable income to afford bills / rent. which is why i did my 3yrs undergrad with Open University then PGCE for a year so it was only 1 year with no income

Or do it my way 😂 do a degree in make up and sfx plan to become a tv and film sfx artist do a work shop in a high school showing their make up kids how to do sfx and get offerd a job as an unqualified teacher …… at 21 😭

I’m currently looking for an online PGCE programme, as I have family commitments and need something flexible. I came across ETON University, which is based in the USA but offers postgraduate courses online in UK via Edu-Gate. From what I understand, after completing the PGCE, you may be eligible to apply for the QTS assessment-only route, provided you have at least two years of teaching experience. This part is apparently managed through Sunderland University. Does anyone know if ETON University’s qualifications are recognised in the UK? Any advice or insights would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance
