just got diagnosed with folate deficiency anemia , and i also have iron deficiency anemia but i heard someone say that doctors cant tell from blood tests if you have folate deficiency ? when the only test i did was a blood test so now im confused ! 😭

low iron and borderline B12 and folate but normal haemoglobin count 💔 someone help me i feel like i’m dying (already tested for celiac and diabetes and it’s neither)
