Fibromyalgia is different for everyone because we don’t all have the same catalyst… if your fibro is trauma based the only way is to rewire your nervous system! I have CPTSD, agoraphobia and fibromyalgia. Nothing has helped AT ALL because I’m still stuck in fight or flight.

People with ADHD are more likely to get Fibromyalgia, due to the lack of dopamine our brains make! Regular Anti-depression tablets don’t work well with the ADHD. Now I read up that Duloxetine works really well with fibromyalgia and reduces pain, I asked my GP to prescribe this, been on it a week so won’t see a difference until 4 weeks, but I can say that I’m willing to try anything especially for the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome! My ADHD brain is constantly firing and I’m eager to be pro active but my body and brain fog stops me.

I believe fibro is an auto immune condition, they just dont know which one yet. mine turned out to be MS

I have fibromyalgia. I have more symptoms of ms than Fibro but doctors won’t test because “it’s just fibro” over the years it’s got so much worse including slurred speech and I fall all the time :/
