Don’t cut a pill unless it actually has a score line in it. If there is no line, then the medicine isn’t distributed evenly throughout the pill and you could cut it to where all the medicine is on one side and none on the other.

Only good if the pills are perfectly round. Trying to cut pills that are oval shaped is much more difficult than frustrating.
