My sister worked at Duncan and said the amount of sugar in those drinks is criminal.

When I worked at a food place, I put extra on everything because I would think to myself "no way they're paying $14 for THIS"

Yep. My local dunkin hiked their prices last week. Ordered a medium iced on Thursday and it was 3.50 ish and by the following Tuesday it was 4.09. Ugh

$4.10? By me, depending which Dunkin I go to, that same size is $4.55 to $4.82. I remember circa 2017, it was $3.25

Honey my drink is always different and now I just go back through the drive thru and ask for something else because 7 dollars for drink it better not be different all the time

I stopped going to Starbucks after going multiple times a week for YEARS. My caramel iced coffee that was $2 and some change in 2020 is now almost $6. Honestly, I’m thankful for it because I’ve lost weight by not going there anymore LOL

btw if ur drink is ever underfilled like this, it’s genuinely only because the worker is lazy. if you fill to the brim it leaks, hard to close, etc etc. can’t blame em

I’d rather have less coffee than it spill over the lid while I try to put the straw in while driving

I worked there years ago and it’s because when the coffee gets in the lid it starts to spill off the sides of the lid and gets all over you lol
