Lino is so fun but so dangerous I stabbed myself like 10 times

I just started Lino printing and have fallen absolutely in love! My advice is start with designs that aren’t very intricate until you get used to the tools and printing. You can also get a kit with all the tools, ink and some different sized blocks for about £20 on amazon! Be prepared to become obsessed it’s all I want to do now☺

Stippling artist here! Start small and don’t be afraid of experimenting with colour! Also, the finer the pen, the finer the detail

Lino cuts are cool. Before I got the carving tool, I used to use the back of BIC pen caps. So if you really wanna try, tough it out with that and see if you like it

lino is so good!! but can be very difficult learning how to do those intricate details at first, trial and error is always the way to go. oil pastels are one of my favourite too!! so forgiving to work with!
