Dentist here.office whitening is a rip off. it whitens instantly but lasts for like couple of weeks. Home kits are best even if don’t use them regularly. New reputable none abrasive whitening toothpastes are getting better but results takes a long time to achieve. Veneers are brilliant but should not be used for the sole purpose of whitening teeth. The risks outweigh benefits.
