Ngl (and I’m looking for no sympathy whatsoever) in February, I was really ill in the cardiac ward for almost two weeks and my favourite thing to do in the evening after visitors had left and everything went a little quieter, was to stick my earphones in and binge watch your videos and I’d actually silently belly laugh at most of them. Genuinely was the most joy I got in there 😂🫶🏼

sadly most arent aware theyre being psychologically abused especially when it comes from a parent and not all parents are fully consciously aware of how damaging their actions are (not saying its acceptable or okay what I am saying is some cant see beyond their needs and anything that could get in the way of that theyll view as a threat, usually a fear of abandonment and their perception of abandonment is distorted. it isnt often theyll ever hold themselves accountable and you have to be prepared for that to move forward with or with out them). I went to type out some red flags to look out for but I got to number 4 and it was already too long a read 🙃 I strongly advise researching the different types of abuse/family dysfunction and toxic dynamics/enmeshment/ overt vs covert etc. f.s that was still pretty long - sorry 😂
