This! I’m in the same boat! I run daily, since starting the patch (only the patch) I’m holding water and seem to be gaining fat in places ( small amounts) too. Hoping it balances out soon! But we have been adjusting my dose three times now

Wish I could. Fibromuscular dysplasia won’t let me take estrogen because it can cause clots.

Omg this!! I weight train as well & have done bikini comps & I know my body!! Im day 18 of estrogen & for sure see a difference in my hips! Did this go away for you or did it stay after stabilizing on estrogen? 🤔
