People are in here asking the dumbest questions yo 😂. Clearly it’s cooked. Rice boiled then dried out in oven. Oats roasted in a pan on the stove until brown. Blended with a GOOD blender. And yes you do back them the way you make other baby foods… 😵💫. Mind you I got all these answers by watching.
