schnupfnudeln with sauerkraut and we also have baconcubes. those first in the pan, then the schupfnudeln make them a bit crispy as well and then the sauerkraut just to heat it up with the rest, it SOOO GOOOOOD

You have to fry the Schupfnudeln in olive oil. My mom used to fry them with bacon when I was a child, but now I use the vegan ones from Billie Green. It’s so simple, but so good! You can top them with tomatoes or vegan feta.

that "cinnamon croissant thing" is a Franzbrötchen. a pastry originally from Hamburg🙈 cinnamon in the standard flavour but the closer you get to Hamburg the more likely you are to find many flavour variations (unfortunately I don't know how large the variety is for vegan options)
