Hi I know you might not respond here but I’m still trying my luck. I was in a relationship with an avoidant for 4.5 years. He discarded me in January and came back after 3 months and again left me in august. And it’s been two months of no contact. I haven’t heard anything from him in these two months. No stories, no messages, no calls nothing. He’s not on social media we always chatted on WhatsApp and talked on direct calls. So today for the first time ever he wrote something on his bio. It says - fall-reset-chin-up-run. I’m just wondering what could it mean? Is he indirectly telling me something? It will be much appreciated if you help this sister out. Thank you 🙏

Can you talk about dealing with an avoidant ex and having to co-parent with them? It’s hard to disappear and focus on yourself when there is a child involved. 😔 We unfortunately still have to keep in touch.
