We had this once. All of the fast techs slowed down for a couple days and watched all the tickets pile up. The next week we all got pulled in the service managers office he didn't like what we did but he understood.

yes I have been there 😏 favoritism is always on every shop and if you ask why you get the hard jobs only they reply because you are more capable, but hard jobs don't pay fair rates how can you survive
