What the hell they mean they not falling charges. come on something needs to be done. Smh this boil my blood. They probably recognize she was autistic and attacked her because of that. Disabled people are always victims ot hate crimes. I want something done. These kids need consequences of their actions. I am not saying throw them in an adult prison but something needs to be done.
