Booty routine for the past month
Hack squat 4 sets of 10 ( this is so hard to me l can only do 20 pounds on it Hip thrusts 4 sets of 15 heaviest u can do (the last 2 of each set I hold at the top and pulse up and down, these have been in my routine since I first started the gym
Leg press 4 sets of 15
Glute press 4 sets of 10.
Hip abduction 4 sets of 15 hold I pulse on last ones of each set and hold and squeeze
at my widest part and lean forward a little bit (one of my favorite ones).
Standing abductor 4 sets of 12
Whatever the thing is called when I'm on the ground and lift up my leg with the band 4 sets of 15 | normally do this at the very beginning to get my glutes ready I put a flat plate on the side of my leg also.
Squat the bar 4 sets of 10, I try to change up the kind of squat I do every month Split squats 4 sets of 10 should be doing every time but only really do once a week
I work out booty 3 times a week
