black lab ran up on my lab and started mounting him, never seen my lab harsh correct a dog so quick in my life. The idiot was lucky it aasnt my GSD he tried it on she'd of left holes

He returned to the whistle which was fair enough but if those 2 dogs were off lead when it came charging up it could have been a different story. If he had control of it there would have been no need for recall. Some people think that because they have tough dogs like a staffie they can take chances but there'll always be a bigger, tougher dog out there who won't be friendly whether on lead or off lead.
