you gotta go in person and literally bug the shii out of lower management everyday yall just trying to call? and you have to get a referral from a worker, go in and chitchat, ask how they like it but dont dig too deep, and ask them if you can use them as a reference that jumps the hiring line and potentially gets an in person voice to link your name to someone who will name drop you to management. I quit my job after 3 years and had 4 different job offers from customers that knew im a good worker
