From 89kgs down to 55kgs… and no, hindi ito dahil sa gym, hindi dahil sa crash diet this is pure discipline + consistency with tirzepatide. Hindi naging madali yung journey ko. Maraming araw na gusto ko na sumuko, maraming temptations, maraming “cheat day na dapat isa lang pero muntik maging whole week.” problem sa budget Pero pinili ko pa rin bumalik sa goal ko every single time.
