That’s not 250mph winds because the Boeing 747-200F engines generate about 53,000 pounds of thrust per engine, to replace that after doing some math came out to be 460-510mph headwinds to do that so that means the engines were NOT at full thrust and assuming the 747’s brakes were applied and only two engines were used they could apply about 98% throttle but tha could overheat and damage the brakes so to not damage anything only about 27% throttle could be applied, so to get the winds we do 490 x 0.27=132.3 therefore the winds were only around 132mph not 250mph, even then that’s only headwind with not suction like a tornado would cause
