I had a malware before where cmd prompt would show up like that, then I fully resetted my pc so there was nothing left, now I see those cmd prompts again. And im kinda scared if that’s the malware.

Microsoft products ARE malware these days. Forced adds, selling your data, spying and annoying bloatware. Ditch the paid malware all together IMO.
