@amdhomemade: Steak, Mushrooms & Onions 🤤 #steak #mushroom #steakdinner #castiron #easydinnerideas Thin sliced NY strip 1 yellow onion 5 large mushrooms 2 tbs butter Steak seasoning, salt and pepper Season steak on both sides with a steak seasoning (Montreal steak) and then salt. Heat a cast iron pan, when you see the pan beginning to smoke add in a little oil and then the steak. Cook for two minutes a side. Then remove and set aside. Using the same pan, add in one yellow onion, and your sliced mushrooms. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes then add salt, pepper and butter. Sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes. Then add mushrooms and onions to the top of your steak. 🔥
