10 best things to do in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 🇻🇳 Did you know that Ho Chi Minh City is often also referred to as Saigon? 🏙️ It is such a vibrant and amazing city, honestly starting out trip here was definitely a highlight. Here are some things to do here that we loved: 1. Cafe apartments = the coolest building with lots of coffee shops inside! The coffee scene in Vietnam is absolutely amazing ☕️ 2. Man Moi = this is the most beautiful building in Saigon. We ate here but didn’t love the food but it is a cool spot to visit and there is a shop inside 💚 3. Ben Thahn market = this market sells everything from souvenirs to clothes and more! A good place to get something for cheap. 🛍️ 4. Try Saigon coffee = Vietnamese coffee is one of the best I have ever tried. We went to Saigon Coffee to try a Vietnamese specialty coffee and it was unreal. ☕️ 5. Book Street = this is a street where lots of shops sell books and there are some cute cafes here too 📚 6. Send a postcard = inside the Central Post Office you can send a postcard to your loved ones back home! 7. Jade Emperor Pagoda = this pagoda is stunning to visit and go inside ⛩️ 8. Bui Vien street = this street is a feast for the senses at night, it reminded me of the Khao San road in Bangkok! 9. Cu Chi tunnels = we booked this tour of the tunnels the Vietnamese built during the war and it was so fascinating! Highly recommend this. 10.
