Did you not see what he just did beef fat, salt pepper, star anise, bay leaves, Chinese chili paste, tomato paste, shallots, garlic, ginger, cilantro, wine, tomatoes, beef stock, chili beans, chili oil, sesame oil green onions, ...and a partridge in a pear tree 🤣
