To circumvent the wheel filling up with water, you could just use expanding foam to fill up the empty space within your wheels.

In the words of Jeremy clarkson, I think you need more POWAH!! And then it’ll do well. I also think your main treads could use a bit more vertical height. Cause that turns into a sphere and can’t grip anything. But if you had the tread of something like your jcb on ALL of the hemisphere wheels, along with an engine with enough power to handle it, such as a turbo diesel, that thing will rip over whatever you want. Also I think you need to actually put some brush guards on it

Add some taller paddles on the wheels and diff locks to help with mud. Maybe lower gearing or add a little more power and this thing would be really sweet
