42+4 weeks is crazy!! Im so glad you had a doula for your second birth. Even doulas need doulas! I got my Epidoula, Birth&Postpartum doula, and lactation consultant certifications in a big package. I’m so excited to start my journey! Any tips? I feel like I’m disadvantaged since I haven’t given birth myself. I am deeply educated on birth but feel as though I can’t completely fill the shoes as a doula without knowing exactly what my client is feeling. I’m excited for this content!🩷

I was induced with all 3 of my boys at exactly 38 weeks because of preclampsia all my births start to finish 5 hrs roughly each and 5 mins roughly pushing each and just had the laughing gas I have a super high pain tolerance I was full transition and the nurse was monitoring the contractions and was like wow thats a really strong one and I was like really 🤣🤣🤣🤣 chugging Gatorade and playing candy crush were my go tos 🤣🤣

I had this same surgery but on my right cheek to remove a scar from a dog bit. I had the skin expander only for a month. Went to the clinic to expand the bag twice a week due to my skin being very “elastic” once there was enough skin, I had the surgery to have the extra skin pull over where they removed the existing scar. Im happy to have the scar removed because it was 75-80% of my right cheek. Now it’s only 10%. Only downside is my beard is uneven.
