my right knee is agony..now my left knee has started to hurt ..and because I am walking all wrong it's triggered the osteoarthritis in my spine ...and my ankle s are now starting to lock ..I am a wreck

joint replacement? no thank you. treatment of post op pain in 2025 is BARBARIC. very little or minimal opiods, journevax, epidurals??? Scares the livin daylights out of me

Moving on :
I had my right knee replacement done a year ago, my left knee is hurting now. I don’t want to do surgery again. I hope I can find another solution
