@jenselter: After getting food poisoning my system was all messed up, and since I was already in Europe I decided to go alone to Austria to one of the top medical health clinics in the world, @mayrlife.altaussee . I’ve been struggling with blood sugar issues (I’m pre-diabetic) and constantly low energy and honestly, since hitting my 30s I’ve felt like I needed a full reset. The focus here was all about reducing inflammation, balancing digestion, and learning how food really affects your energy and cravings. I was craving chocolate and fruit like crazy at first and definitely wasn’t used to the small portions. Detoxing wasn’t easy… I felt super tired and bloated those first few days. But then everything shifted. I’ve never been so relaxed anywhere my sleep score was 90+ every night with 15 minutes of stress or less (so rare for me). At Mayrlife they’re strict: - No snacks between meals -Meals are small, simple, and eaten slowly (chew at least 30x) - Dinner is always light + early (around 5:30–7 pm) - No extras or substitutions — you eat what the doctor prescribes. But you can ask for more if you need it (I told them I wasn’t trying to lose weight, so they doubled my protein on the 2nd day ) - Food is treated as medicine, not entertainment . Even though I went alone, I was far from lonely. I actually made some incredible new friends from all around the world and that made the experience even more special. What I learned most: healing isn’t about a quick fix. It’s about slowing down, listening to your body, and actually giving it what it needs. 👉 If you want to know more about my experience, drop your questions below I’ll answer them!

Duane "Keefe D" Davis' lawyer Michael Sanft asked a retired Los Angeles police detective about his efforts to confirm statements Davis made in 2008 regarding Tupac Shakur's fatal shooting while being questioned about Christopher "The Notorious BIG" Wallace's murder. Sanft doesn't have much experience with criminal trials, and it's bizarre to see his casual and even passive approach to cross-examination of a key law enforcement witness. Daryn Dupree recounted what he said in direct-exam, that investigators and Davis flew to New York to try to rekindle Davis' relationship with Zip Martin, who Davis said was to give him money from Sean "Puffy" Combs to compensate him for Tupac's murder. "So that's why we flew to New York to try to get that whole thing going," Dupree said. "Right, and in addition to that, there was other information that Mr. Davis gave up in 2008 in December. Did you verify any of that other information to be true?" Sanft asked. "I don't think any other information that he gave us was anything except the murder of Tupac," Dupree answered. "Sure. Did you, at any point, verify, for instance, the people that he identified in the vehicle?" Sanft asked. "No," Dupree answered. Dupree said only Terrence Brown was still alive. "Did you ever verify that Terrence Brown was in Las Vegas at the time of the murder?" Sanft asked. "We never got a chance to," Dupree answered. "Why not?" Sanft asked. "As I said, our first course of action was to tie in Mr. Combs, the money, and work back from there," Dupree answered. Sanft, who apparently is trying his first criminal case, questioned Dupree about "the type of scenario that Mr. Davis is in." Police were trying to build a drug case against him and leverage it for information about Wallace's murder. His charged carried a life prison sentence, and his friends and family could have been charged, too. Dupree said Davis "took the hit for a lot of people in his family, and his kids, his wife." "That's why he did a lot of the stuff he did. I will say that," Dupee said. "And I appreciate you saying that," Sanft said. #law #crime #rap
