I mean...technically, kinda? There's a lot of zombies that are a result of fungus spores seeping into the body and taking control of its host body, the main one is Leucochloridium paradoxum. This version of a "ghost" would just be a version that rather then taking control of the body would take control of the mind and make the host develop not only schizophrenia but psychosis as well, and to top it all off the ghost itself would probably be a form of a tactile hallucination on top of presence, auditory, and visual hallucinations too. So it'd only really be a zombie...in the sense that a ghost would be the exact opposite of a zombie when it comes to symptoms and probably why it exists in the first place. It'd probably be a fungi that rather then wanting to spread wants to stay in its host for as long as possible and gives them a form of paranoid schizophrenia to make their host more alert and as such not get killed while still infected with the fungi. Meaning? If there was a game about this the ghost would actually be considered a "boon" in a few ways, rather then being what zombie fungus are. However it's up for debate as to whether the ghost spore infection would turn *you* into a ghost and control your very DND through quantum tunneling or if it'd bring a race/species of beings that doesn't have control of quantum tunneling but is in a perpetual state of it(as ghosts more often then not cannot physically interact with things).
