Heat a drizzle of olive oil and the butter in a pan over medium heat until melted. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes, until fragrant. 3. Stir in your seasonings, lemon juice, and a splash of vegetable broth. Let it simmer for 2 more minutes. 4. Add the shrimp and cook until both sides turn pink and slightly golden, about 2–3 minutes per side. 5. Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
