We flew in and out of that concourse last month - no lines & no waiting. Busses were ready & waiting.

Trams would be best, but busses are still much better than Tesla tunnels. I’m surprised they didn’t want Elon to build Tesla tunnels though BNA

At least you get a shuttle. You fly southwest these days and you have to walk 2 damn miles to the end of the concourse. I’ve flown 3 times this month and somehow have managed to be in the last 2 gates every time to and from and so have 2 guests that have flown in.

It’s a mess. The schlep to and from ride share with bags is miserable in the heat and cold. The whole garage smells like cigarette smoke. Terminals look nice but so many traveler unfriendly changes at #bna for locals.
