@amyfunderburk: 15 Days Of High Protein Meals day 10: Southwest Chicken Sliders 🌶️ this recipe is for 4 sliders! Ingredients: ✨2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts ✨4 Slider Buns ✨2 Pieces Of Pepper Jack Cheese ✨1 Avocado ✨1 Lime ✨Salt, Pepper, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Chili Flakes ✨Tortilla Strips Directions: ✨Cut your chicken breasts in half. Pound them thin. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, ground cumin, chili powder & garlic powder. Air fry at 400 for 16 minutes flipping halfway through. ✨While the chicken is cooking, make your avocado spread & toast your slider buns! To make the avocado spread: mush 1/2 of the avocado. Add in the juice from a lime, salt & chili flakes. (season to your liking). ✨ When the chicken is done, add 1/2 slice of pepper jack cheese to each chicken breast. Put back in the air fryer for 30 seconds - 1 minute to melt. ✨ Build your sliders!
