quit for the last 20 years because of my employment but just retired at the end of July and bought a fat sack of MI's finest

You’re in the moment. The damage sneaks up on you later in life. People are aware of the short term “hangovers” but don’t realize the long term effects later in life. Like your brain and other organs.

my personal experience - set my intentions first, then talk to the medicine with an open heart and clear mind. the medicine and my higher self work in conjunction to give me the "experience" I so desire. also, I treat it as a scared sacrament, so my journey ends up becoming ethereal. u become one with all.

It takes atleast 6 months for motivation, focus, and emotional regulation to fully rebalance. I'm at 8 months and I feel completely different than I did at six weeks. I'm so glad I've stuck it out. 🙏

The wow factor is in moderation. I do it once every 2 week or once a month depending on how busy I am. I thought it was holding me back but it wasn’t it was the dependency. Having a baby really made me cut back and made it less enjoyable.

I’m really clean with my body and spiritual and it actually regulates your nervous system. It’s used ritualistically in a few cultures. I garden everyday and it honestly helps keep me regulated as long as you’re not numbing yourself I think you should do it 🥰✨💕

I’ve quit a few times and went back because I realize we take life too serious.. while the world wants you to be miserable. Also, it helps me reflect on a lot of things in life and make good decisions.

It’s good you stopped.. I did a few years back and I’m not as paranoid like I used to be on it. SSRI’s is the replacement and it works for me differently but the same as far as regulating dopamine and serotonin.
