headcanon tiiiimmmeeeee: Abaddon hates tight spaces where he can not see what is going on but loves tight spaces where he can. Let me explain. It is obviously very clear that Abaddon likes hiding in vents, in the vents he is never far from being able to observe what is going on. However, in the episode where he explains his backstory he goes into town with Katherine who, having no idea what to do with him, tries to put him in the trunk. Abaddon is clearly very upset at the idea of being put in the trunk and says, "I want to go back to the hotel" while trying to hold onto the seat. In the trunk he would likely have trouble seeing everything and also he could not get out if he wanted to, however in the vents that is all possible for him to do. It likely stems from a security issue or smth. idk. just an idea
