I’ve noticed that during a download (which can take days for me or longer) makes me super like In tune with everything and I get emotional real bad. And the ringing noise start. Then boom I’d get the peak of the download and would cry my little eyes out bc it’s not like it’s new knowledge it’s knowledge I’d forgotten so it’s incredibly powerful and emotional when it happens. Then I’m exhausted for days after. I feel so off I can’t focus I can’t think I feel seperated. And I have to almost reboot myself to get back to feeling myself again. And I’m just recently realizing that it’s been a pattern all this time I never knew

I'm not sure if I was in Gate program but I remember the green room a suitcase looking thing with brown headphones I remember symbol cards and when I was younger having dreams I could fly. I just thought I was a crazy kid . this was in the 70s

This is why I always need music or tv in the background. Cant eat, sleep, drive or simple go about my day in silence. Because it’s never silent….the “background noises” in my head. Ringing and high pitched sounds. I always hear something and the tv/music distractions help me go about my life 🙃

I remember going to I guess a therapist when I was younger. I would go into an almost pitch black room and lay on a bed/table and watch this giant circle light that would change colors. I have zero clue what that was. But when I think about it, I feel a overwhelming sense of calm. My mom has passed, so I can’t ask her what that was about.

I will be driving and get to my destination without remembering how I got there.. I also hear a heartbeat in my ear all of the time.. sensitive to light... I literally feel everyone’s feelings.. empath to the max! It’s draining!
