Depends on the relationship. My ex betrayed me so I sold all of the gifts and deleted every photo. My other ex did not betray me, I still have his gifts and photos on my phone

If you were married and have children together you can’t and shouldn’t totally block the person, but if it’s an ex without children 100% block them so you can move on.
